Roblox Studio guides
One page per feature, with the whole script rather than a fragment. Every one of these was written because the existing results for the same search either stop before the part that breaks, or use an API Roblox deprecated years ago.
None of them need RoCreator, or any plugin. They are Luau you can paste into a place you already have.
What these are and are not
We make a Studio plugin that writes Luau into your place from a sentence, so we have an obvious reason to publish tutorials, and an equally obvious temptation to make them stop just short of useful. These do not. Every script here is complete and every gotcha we know about is in the page, including the ones that make our own product look worse — that you cannot automatically test a sprint, that a client-side grapple is invisible to other players, that Roblox’s own Terrain Editor beats a prompt for terrain.
The reason is not generosity. A tutorial that withholds the answer is worth nothing to read and ranks accordingly, and a reader who finds out on page three that the code needs a subscription does not come back.
If you are here to compare tools rather than to write code
We have written one page per option, plus a setup guide that assumes you have picked nothing yet. Each names the date its facts were checked, and the places where the other tool wins.
- RoCreator vs the assistant built into Studio including the part where their approval gate is stricter than ours.
- Looking for a Lemonade alternative the biggest tool in the category, and older than us.
- Looking for a Ropilot alternative whose bring-your-own-subscription tier beats our pricing for some people.
- Should you use AI for this at all written by us, and it argues against itself in four places.
- How to use AI in Roblox Studio start to finish: the install, the first prompt to type, and the limits worth knowing.
